The stresses of this uncertain world distort the mind's perceptions and shape our relationships with loved ones, nature, and ourselves. When we practice Insight Dialogue, we bring the stillness and insight of meditation into the rich, dynamic realm of human interaction. With the support of a partner, we uncover profound truths about ourselves, our patterns, and the nature of connection. This transformative practice integrates silence and interpersonal mindfulness, offering a pathway to greater wisdom, compassion, and freedom.
Step into a sacred space of connection and mindfulness with our Insight Dialogue Retreat, led by experienced teachers Beth Faria, Dave Leggatt and Noltiha Tsengiwe.
This retreat offers an opportunity to explore the art of mindful dialogue and deepen your meditation practice in the serene surroundings of Dharmagiri Sacred Mountain Retreat.
