The Art of Mindful Dialogue (Johannesburg)

  • Blackheath Randburg, GP South Africa (map)

We invite you to a free special Johannesburg session of Insight Dialogue, guided by experienced practitioner Dave Leggatt and Beth Faria. This session offers a unique opportunity to explore mindfulness in dialogue in a supported, guided setting.

What is Insight Dialogue?
Rooted in mindfulness and guided by principles of shared exploration, Insight Dialogue offers a profound practice for  deepening understanding and mindfulness of body, mind, feeling and speech. Whether practiced with a partner or in a group, it provides tools to navigate everyday interactions with greater awareness and compassion. You can learn more about Insight Dialogue here.
